CBT Paola Mcnally

Maintaining your mental health is vital to living a happy and healthy life. Mental health is more than just the absence of mental disorders. It is an integral part of health; so much so that there is no health without mental health.

Cognitive behavioural therapy helps the way you feel to improve what you think and what you do. By being able to approach situations in a more balanced way, you will hopefully be more effective in solving your problems and feel more in control of your life.

Dr McNally is a psychiatry doctor practising in North and West London. She has vast clinical experience covering the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism, alcohol and drug dependency, adult ADHD, PTSD, and eating disorders.

Dr McNally treats adults and adolescents using short-term cognitive behavioural psychotherapy (CBT) which is practical and effective, as shown by many clinical studies.

Cognitive behavioural sessions are offered remotely via Microsoft teams as well as through face-to-face appointments in English and Spanish. Dr McNally is ideally located for clients living near Barnet, Finchley, Enfield, Southgate, Borehamwood, and Potters bar.

“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.”
